Bench x Cinco - Philippine Fashion Week 2012

My cousins and I were lucky to get invites to one of the most prestigious shows in the recently concluded Philippine Fashion Week 2012, Bench x Michael Cinco show. Bench produced two shows at the last night of the week-long celebration of Philippine Fashion. The first show was the Bench x Cinco, the second was Bench x Rajo.

Bench x Cinco show concentrated on the launch of Bench’s new line of fragrance, Impalpable. The said show featured ANTM alumni Allison Harvard and Dominique Reighard. My cousins and I have been wanting to attend the said show because of Allison Harvard. We’ve been following her from the time she joined ANTM and loved her since. The show was breath-taking and I couldn’t put into words how awestruck I was. The theme was mystical white garden and it seemed like we were brought into a dreamy world.

It was magical in a fabulous way. Hypnotic. Astonishing. Ugh, oomph in all angles.

Girl: Sweetie, what are you doing? :)
Boy: Uhh, playing.
Girl: Wachaplaying? :)
Boy: WoW.
Girl: Hmmm, can we talk? :)
Boy: What about?
Girl: There's actually a lot that i would like to tell you now... *yada yada yada* :)
Boy: Huh?
Girl: I told you about three paragraphs and you didn't get anything? :(
Boy: Quit bugging me. I'm playing. Let's talk later.
Girl: Oh OK.
Girl walks out of the room. When the guy finished playing, he went out looking for the girl. He found her at the garden, sleeping at her favorite spot. And what she was actually saying to him was,
Girl: There's actually a lot that i would like to tell you now. Let me start with letting you know how much I really adore your habit of stirring your coffee only counter-clockwise. And how cute you look whenever you sneeze. And how I secretly laugh at how red your nose gets whenever you're mad. You are an awesome person, sweetie. And I thank God that I got the chance of meeting you. You've always made me smile even at times you didn't know. Whenever I think of you, I can only think of better days and bigger smiles. And I may have not been a great girl, but I swear, I tried to give you the best that I can give. Thank you for everything and I hope you know how much I appreciate every tiny thing that you've done for me. I cannot be any luckier to have you in my life. I love you. :)
But now, the boy wouldn't hear what the girl really said because the girl died in her sleep. She was waiting for this moment to come and didn't want the guy to know because she wanted to leave only happy memories to the boy.

I am a mother. I have daughters. I am a wife. But I don’t have a husband.
